This is a satisfying course where you can enjoy KuraKura's proud paella.The dish is made with homemade bacon that is carefully made over a period of five days, fresh clams, and a soup made from bone-in Gala shrimp, white fish, and prosciutto.

Course menu

■ 2 appetizers

・Spanish raw ham (Jamon Serrano)

・Quiche (hors d'oeuvre tart)

■ Grilled Turban Shell with Garlic and Butter

■ Organic vegetable salad from Iemoto Farm (a contracted farm in Soja City, Okayama Prefecture!)

■ Ajillo (Spanish clay pot dish)

It is simmering in hot garlic oil.[Bucket pan included]

■Mixed paella (homemade bacon, clams, shrimp, fresh fish, chicken)

The soup stock is carefully extracted from boneless shrimp, prosciutto bones, white fish, etc., and then slowly cooked with rice.
